Incident Reporting from Global Compliance TM facilitates the reporting of incidents or events via hotline and/or web to a third-party source. Report distribution is available via e-mail or online delivery with either centralized or location-based distribution. You can specify instructions and protocols for report distribution.

Hotline and web reports are seamlessly integrated and stored in a secure, centralized data repository enabling real-time, online viewing of reports, editing of reports, and incremental report entry from anywhere Internet access is available. R evision tracking during report review or modification allows the addition of supplementary information following the initial report.
