Steve Reynolds
Vice President, Evaluation, Validation
Steve Reynolds is a veteran of the ethics and compliance industry, having been with Global Compliance and two of its predecessor companies during the past 20 years. He currently leads the Evaluation and Validation division, specializing in field inspections and inventory services, and has responsibility for sales and operations.

At the emergence of Global Compliance in September 2003, Reynolds assumed the role of Vice President of Evaluation and Validation, having led this division within Pinkerton Compliance Services. Previously he served as Vice President of Sales for Pinkerton Services Group, where he pioneered the development of corporate ethics and compliance programs for several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Pinkerton, Reynolds had the role of Vice President of Sales for the Stanton Corporation, a psychological testing company. Before Stanton, he served as Vice President and General Manager for Bracknell Oil Company.
Reynolds received a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Appalachian State.
